EyeLevel BQE was born in 2008 as an artist-run project offering a forum in the Art and Design fields. The 19th century billiards hall turned exhibition space provided a beautiful and unexpected alternative space during three active and insightful years. After June 2011, Eyelevel BQE made a transition from being an exhibition space into becoming a project with active grounds for experiments, exploration and open for collaborative proposals. |
